"This is an amazing family restaurant that is completely owned by the family ran by the family I enjoyed the company and the place food was a phenomenal The service was outstanding the store and restaurant was the clean and smelt great All the items on the menu look delicious The prices are very reasonable I would definitely recommend stopping in here if you're passing through or if you just live here I love the family that's here and it is a good thing that we still have places like this in our world"

"The staff and atmosphere were warm and welcoming. I would come here just for the people. The food is in a league of its own. They have perfected comfort food, and I haven't had a cinnamon roll that delicious since I was a child. The specials bring a modern flair to a place that feels nostalgic. I can't recommend this place highly enough!"

"Things started off slow. It took awhile to get waited on, but like everywhere else now a days I believe they were short staffed. Once we got waited on service was very good from then. They were very attentive and nice and the food was delicious. I highly recommend stopping in and trying. Great place in downtown mountain grove,mo"

"I have never had a bad experience at LA cafe. It's always a pleasant place to have a meal. Prices are very reasonable and the food tastes great. Having said that I do have a personal preference about onion rings. The onion rings they serve have way too much corn meal in the batter for me. The friend I was dining with liked the cornmeal. I just didn't care for so much of it in the batter. It sounds like such a trivial thing but it's kind of a big deal to me and what I like to eat. In the future I'll just get the fries which are excellent. The service could not have been better. It's a nice place to eat."
